- The process of asking for, the receiving of a commission from me, or doing any business with me at all, means you have read and agree to these terms in full.- Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. Please contact me separately for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights, as well as my written permission for you to do so.* Personal use: profile picture on social media, banner/cover for their personal Discord or social media account, background on PC or phone, displaying it in their TH/OC folder, as a gift for someone else, etc.
* Commercial use: thumbnails, self promo, advertising, posting on a VTuber account as the VTuber in an effort to expand their brand, merchandice, etc.- I own all rights to the my work. I strictly prohibit putting my work into any AI engine, generative or otherwise. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose.- I am allowed to post your personal commission on my social media unless requested otherwise beforehand. Both speedpaint and final copy. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. NSFW works are not included but may be shared as future reference.- Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.- Sending money for a commission before any discussion of availability, agreement, ect, is not allowed. Please do not send any money until I have accepted your commission.- Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. This may include elements like background, number of changes, number of characters, etc.- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request, or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. Commissions suspected of scams or AI usage are also included.- Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most a month max to complete the commission, just in case something arises. I value quality and detail, thus I put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates at any time. I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.- Reposting and sharing the artwork is ok, but please give credit @apolloart_png either as a profile tag or @ mention in the post itself.- Please provide visual references if available. Non-visual references may result in being declined or communication issues. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. If a pose reference isn't given and you leave it up to me, you may not ask me to redo the pose or send me references for the pose after the sketch phase.- Payment is via PayPal only. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. The remaining balance must be paid in full once the commission has been completed. The final product will only be delivered once I have received all payments in full. All payments are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances after delivery.- If, for any reason, you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but before the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund.- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior directed towards me during the process will result in my cancellation of your commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me; I will be keeping the deposit. If said behavior occurs after the commission, it will result in you being banned from further commissions in the future.- Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch and flat color for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.- Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested of the final image. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.- Revisions may be discussed more easily during the coloring process under moderation and not in excess. This does not apply to revisions regarding genuine mistakes I may make or miss while working. Ie, I colored the hair wrong or missed a crucial detail. All fundamental changes must be requested at the sketch or lineart stage.- Client must communicate changes needed when they see the finished piece, not after, or inform me if they need more time to look over it. For example, stating something like "I love it!" indicates that you approve it. If, after this, you say "oh, I forgot to mention xyz," there will be a revision fee or no changes if the commission was marked as finished and the final copy sent.- Please do not nitpick small details you wouldn't see without zooming in all the way, such as lines/pixels out of place, slight overlap in lines, etc. I'm definitely not perfect and still a beginner artist. These small, fine, minimal mistakes exist in every drawing I have ever made.- Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send you full-res files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.- Watermark removal is not allowed or standard. It can be requested specifically for private works or at the beginning of the commission process.- The client cannot ask me to heavily reference and/or use another artist's work. Similarly, the client cannot ask another artist to use or change my work. This is non-negotiable.- Rush orders may not be ordered for any time less then two days.- If I am currently working on multiple or more then one commission at one time, start times may vary. This will be discussed during the commssioning process to be best for myself and the client.
